Our cottage designed to accommodate 2 people is located in a small village with unspoiled surroundings traversed by 70 km of paths and vast wooded areas. It is located 20 minutes south of Clermont-Ferrand, close to shops (5 km) and the main centers of interest in the region. The building is an old vineyard house built in stone and completely restored. It has a private lot allowing parking. The materials used for the restoration are all noble materials, coated with lime, oak floors and aged marbles. But at the same time we have installed the best technological comfort equipment (central vacuum, heating and air conditioning by heat pump, induction hobs, etc.)
